Refunds

If any user selects an incorrect paid subscription plan and makes payment, he/she may request for plan change to correct category and refund of excess amount paid by sending a mail to info@matchedforever.in within seven days of registration.

The due refund would be made online direct to user’s bank account after deducting payment gateway and bank charges incurred by us.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days of user request and verification.
